Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that during busy periods, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Tracked Delivery (if selected): 1–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the size and weight of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Postal strikes

  • Incorrect delivery information

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we will help.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch and we will investigate with the courier.


Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
